The Village

I sat in the Chamber of Commerce breakfast this morning and listened to the local politicians talk about planning for the future, about all the people coming to Jackson County and how we are going to handle it. Then, listening to a sermon, I was reminded that when you ask someone how things are going, you almost always get the same response: Busy!

We are all busy. But are we busy doing the right things? Jason Skelton and I talked yesterday about what we wanted to happen in our lives, about having the freedom to obey God financially and physically. But those things will never happen if we don’t plan and execute the plan. Are you doing the right things? Take some time during your prayers to re-focus your life over the next few weeks.
