Scripture of the Week

Rom. 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
The called…It’s amazing how you read across a scripture hundreds of times (Rom. 8 is my favorite chapter) and still miss a word. I didn’t see it because I didn’t expect to see it. I just had the quote in my mind without the “the” and said it that way. It makes me wonder what else I am missing. Perhaps I need to slow down and pay more attention.
We have posted it on the bathroom mirror and on the kids mirror. It is like pulling teeth with toothpicks to get yourself to disciple your kids. But what could be more important?
